Earlier this year, Bristolian DJ Jody Wisternoff along with label co-founder and A&R James Grant, released their milestone tenth mixed compilation 'Anjunadeep 14', featuring the stunning original composition 'Second Chance'.

Since debuting the track during a special live performance of Anjunadeep 14 at Qarraba Bay in Malta, the 180 minute sunset performance has garnered over a staggering 872,000 views, with ‘Second Chance’ amassing over 200,000 streams alone.

A soothing production of twinkling pianos, shimmering rain sounds and gentle synths that swoon alongside one another, the track sees Jody & James join Reflections for a full release. Jody shares how the song came together in his own words.

“It was whilst watching the end sequence of Disney's 'Soul' during the height of lockdown and the low of a depression that a beautiful piece of piano music jumped out and literally shook me to the core. I felt a tangible relief from the darkness, and was immediately inspired to interpret this soothing but melancholic melody into something me and James could put our stamp on.

After gaining permission from the original composer, Trent Reznor (9 Inch Nails), we got to work and turned out this piece which we feel very happy with. We hope you like it too.”
